Judith Ann Spinola, daughter of the late Angelo Richard Spinola, has donated $6,000 from the Spinola estate to the College to provide scholarship funds for a student pursuing a teaching career. The Semmes Foundation of San Antonio, Texas, has donated $100,000 to the Douglas Epps Jones–Geological Sciences Advisory Board Endowed Scholarship.
