If you want to get lost in fantastical woods, the UA Theatre and Dance Department’s spring musical offers you the perfect opportunity. The show opened in the Marian Gallaway Theatre in Rowand-Johnson Hall on Wednesday, April 12, and the cast and crew hope to honor Steven Sondheim’s legacy by performing one of his most popular musicals, “Into the Woods.”

University of Alabama to kick off 2-day Bama Blitz fundraising drive Tuesday: Tuscaloosa Thread – April 14

The University of Alabama will look to raise millions of dollars in just 48 hours next week during its annual Bama Blitz online fundraising campaign. The high-intensity push for donations will kick off at noon Tuesday, April 18th, and wrap up at the same time on Thursday.
