Welcome to the College of Arts & Sciences Advising Appointment System!

Be aware that this site is for scheduling appointments with your A&S General, Pre-Health, or Pre-Law Advisor. All first-year students will be advised by an A&S General, Pre-Health, or Pre-Law Advisor. To make an appointment with your Major/Faculty Advisor, please connect with your major department’s office.

Virtual Appointments

You will be directed to myBama to make this 15-minute appointment. If you’d like your virtual appointment to go beyond 15 minutes, please mention this in the comment section when booking your appointment. Your Advisor will do their best to accommodate. Once completed, your Zoom appointment confirmation will be sent to your crimson email account.

You will be directed to myBama to make this 30-minute appointment. Once completed, your appointment confirmation will be sent to your crimson email account.

Make an In-Person Appointment

Stay home if you are sick. Do not visit the Arts & Sciences Student Services Center if you

  • Have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • Have had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the last 48 hours; and/or
  • Are currently experiencing any symptom of COVID-19 as identified by the CDC, including
    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea

Drop-in Advising

Drop-in sessions are available Monday-Thursday from 1:00 pm-3:30 pm in Clark Hall (suite 200) for students to ask quick questions and get help with time-sensitive issues. To connect with an Advisor today, please stop by Clark Hall during Drop-In hours.

On-Call Advising
