Strategic Diversity Plan: Section II

Data and Context

The following tables give an overview of the current makeup of our students and faculty, as well as the trends over the last five years. There are also tables that show the makeup of the undergraduate and graduate degrees conferred in the College over the same period.

Insights from the data provide a context for where the College currently stands and a sense of the pace of recent changes, if any. Reviewing the data annually will allow the College to assess the effectiveness of its diversity initiatives as well as its progress toward achieving its goals. Annual reviews also enable the College to monitor its progress and adjust its course over the five years when the plan is implemented.

Note: “B+H” aggregates Black and Hispanic.
