The Fall Spectrum concert is a fast-paced sampler performance showcasing the groups and styles that make up The University of Alabama School of Music.
For the first time ever, Steppenwolf keyboardist Michael Wilk will join the University of Alabama Horn Studio to perform a special rendition of the rock band's 1968 worldwide hit “Born to Be Wild”. In addition, the concert will culminate with a featured appearance by the entire University of Alabama Million Dollar Band performing the favorite cheers and songs associated with football at Bryant-Denny.
Attendees have an opportunity to hear this group “up close” along with the other stars of the UA music program. Everything from classical to jazz will be featured. The show is free and open to the public. For more information, visit music.ua.edu or phone 205-348-7111.
