The College of Arts and Sciences has approximately 120 multimedia classrooms across the University of Alabama campus. Use this form to reserve one of these rooms for an event that falls outside of normal business hours. This site should be used to reserve rooms for special events only.  In order to reserve spaces for student courses, please contact your department main office.

Registered student organizations, University Departments, faculty/staff organizations, and external guests of the University are eligible to reserve A&S rooms.  For student organizations, the President or Advisor must initiate the reservation request.

Please note that rooms cannot be reserved for solicitation purposes.

Please complete all fields. Your request cannot be processed until all fields are complete. Room reservation requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.

Please Note: This is only a REQUEST for a room. You will receive an email confirmation when eTech personnel have determined whether the room will be available.
